Visioning Report

Over the past six months, Rev. Ron VerLee worked with the church congregation to develop direction for CCUMC. This work included two church wide retreat days, a church staff retreat, and a series of studies by Sunday School classes and other small groups to develop ideas to re-energize the church and help us move into the future. Two groups of church members helped coordinate these activities and collected the data from the retreats and small groups.
Below, you will find two reports. The first- a Report to the Congregation- was developed by the task force in response to the second- the Affinity Diagram. The Affinity Diagram contains an organized list of all the data collected at the two church wide retreats. Information was grouped by the task force under common reoccuring themes.
