The Columbia City United Methodist Youth travel to work on short term missions each summer. The places change but the excitement and fulfillment of doing God's work for God's people doesn't! In past years, students have worked in places such as St. Louis, West Virginia, Tennessee, Maine, Wyoming, and Minnesota, doing everything from working in a food pantry to repairing homes to homeless outreach and education.
Our students will be headed to Goldsboro, NC this summer from July 2-10th to partner with MERCI Ministries' Youth Footprints Camp. This area of North Carolina was recently hit by several tornadoes, leaving towns demolished and looking for hope.
