Wellness is for the mind, body, and spirit. Our Parish Health ministry helps our congregation and community connect all three.
The
mission of The Parish Health Ministry is to keep the parishioners of
Columbia City United Methodist Church healthy by teaching them the
wellness that prevents illness, not just how to survive illness. Health Ministry Team is dedicated to keeping people healthy by offering
presentations, support groups and other programs, which help people to
learn health "wholistically" --body, mind and spirit.
